Step 2: Phone consultation

Send us a few photos of your room to have an informed first conversation about your future project.
We’ll discuss the details and schedule an in-person site visit
if you’re ready to take the next step.

Step 3: On-site consultation

We spend some time together, take measurements and discuss your project while assessing for special circumstances that we will need to consider when planning your project.

We will show you samples of stones, colors, edges and sinks and advise you on the best option based on your needs.
We will also measure your countertops to provide you with
an accurate estimate.

Step 4: Complete the requirements.

To place an order with us, we require the following steps to be finished:

• Cabinets or countertop support need to be installed or location of countertops must be known.
• Any appliances that affect countertop fabrication should be on site or exact dimensions must be known.
• If there’s a sink, it needs to be on site for us to take back to our shop and replicate an exact template for the sink cutout.
• A signed contract and 50% deposit based on the estimated price.

Step 5: Installation

Last, but not least, is installing your countertops and covering them with a sealer.

We will also drill faucet holes and attach the sink to the granite as well as have our installers inform you on how to care for your countertops.

Final payment will be collected after installation.
